Every order at Annaliv is sent gift wrapped with no price on. We can include a card with a handwritten note to send straight to your recipient, please just let us know in the comments box at checkout.
Orders are sent via First Class Royal Mail. We always aim to get orders out the same day & most arrive the next working day, however, please allow up to 3-4 days for UK delivery just incase. International deliveries can take up to 10 working days.

Refunds can be made 30 days from date received, credit notes & exchanges can be made up to 30 days from date received. You are responsible for your return order until it arrives with us so please track your parcel. Returns are only valid on goods received in a re-saleable condition. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
