Advent Afternoon Tickets

Description

We are so excited to be back hosting a wonderful festive afternoon! Come along and join us for an afternoon of family creativity.

What does the event include?

• An adult Christmas everlasting dried flower tinsel workshop with a glass of mulled wine & a mince pie made by the amazing Horse & Groom kitchen. We will give you a demonstration of how to make your ‘tinsel’ with access to a beautiful array of foliage, dried flowers & fruits, all with amazing local florist Parsloe Farm Flowers.

 

• Childrens festive craft activities, including decorating (and eating!) gingerbread biscuits and a yummy luxury kids hot chocolate.

 

• Write a special letter to Father Christmas and hand it to him to take away in his sack. (Note, we will collect the letters so we can sneak them back to you)

 

• A spot of Christmas shopping!

 

• AND a special visit from Father Christmas himself, after a cosy story session, each child will have a turn to have a chat and a photograph with Father Christmas.

 

 

 

Where and when?

The event will be taking place in ‘The Stables’ at The Horse & Groom in Charlton, SN16 9DL. Park in their car park and use their front door entrance, upon arrival ask for ‘The Stables’ where you will be directed to find us.

Sunday 15th December 14:00 – 17:00 pm

The Horse & Groom will be putting on a delicious festive nibbles & light bites menu which you will be able to order into The Stables if you or your little ones get hungry.

How do I book tickets?

One ticket includes 1 x adult and 1 x child for £65. Extra children’s tickets can be purchased for an additional £15 / child. If you would like to bring along an extra adult to keep your child company whilst you enjoy your floristry crafts these can be purchased for an additional £15 / adult. Please note, extra adult tickets will include mulled wine and mince pies but not extra workshop slots with Parsloe Farm Flowers, they are designed incase you would like to bring an extra adult to help look after your children & enjoy the jolly atmosphere.

There is a limited number of tickets available to keep the event cosy and truly hygge.

Tickets can be re-gifted to a friend but not refunded.

What age is it suitable for?

We will all be in one big room so you will be able to keep an eye on your child but you will be creating at different tables, because of this we recommend your child is 3+ years. There will be scissors, florists clippers, glue guns around so whilst younger children are very welcome, please purchase an extra adult ticket to bring along another guardian / grandparent to watch them.  Babies are of course free and welcome.
